Although it's only the primary vote, many are upset today with the results of West Virginia's Primary election. It is evident that WV is still a mainly democratic state, by about 2/3 majority. Only 27 percent of West Virginia's voting population even turned out to vote. When will they wake up?

If our local news outlets were allowed to cover my reaction to the upcoming primary results here in Parkersburg, concerning the soon to be landslide loss in our Mayor's election, I would say that I hope, in some way our Tea Party group had made residents start to pay attention to their government again, and they saw it; they didn't like it and they voted it out.
